[Catering Notice] Updates on Re-opening Arrangement for the 1/F Catering Outlet at Lee Shau Kee Complex

In order to meet the needs for providing additional seating capacity at on-campus catering outlets and enriching the food variety to our staff and students, we are delighted to announce that Gold Rice Bowl Catering (Holdings) Limited (“GRB”), the Catering Services Provider of The Rendezvous and The Always at M Building will extend its services, to the Catering Outlet at 1/F of Lee Shau Kee Complex from 6 September 2021 tentatively to serve Chiu Chau style noodles, including its signature Shrimp Wonton Flat Rice Noodles/Noodles (鮮蝦雲吞粉麵) and Fish Ball Flat Rice Noodles/ Noodles (魚蛋粉麵).It will be an interim arrangement for the extension of catering services to deal with the lunch-time peak in the campus community, and the said arrangement will be reviewed by the end of Semester 1.

The 1/F Catering Outlet at Lee Shau Kee Complex (self-serviced) will provide around 70 seats under the requirements of “Type B Mode of Operation” and it will offer both dine-in and take-away options. All users are reminded to observe and follow the precautionary measures at on-campus catering outlets as announced by Office of Vice-President (Organisational Development) on 16 August 2021.

The opening hours and menu will be available by early September 2021. GRB will be offering special promotion during the soft-opening period. Stay tuned for our updates!
