Q1: When can I get my scholarship / bursary / award?

A1: Upon receiving the payment requisition forms approved by the Student Affairs Office, it will normally take 2 weeks for the funds to be deposited to your bank account via autopay twice a month i.e. on 15th and month end (or the next business day if either date falls on Saturday or a public holiday).  Please check with the responsible staff of the Student Affairs Office on the status of requisition forms approval and submission first.

 

Q2: When can I get my reimbursement / refund / Non-MPF student helper salary?

A2: Upon receiving the payment requisition forms approved by the responsible officer of the department/ office, it will normally take 2 weeks for the funds to be deposited to your bank account via autopay twice a month i.e. on 15th and month end (or the next business day if either date falls on Saturday or a public holiday).  Please check with the responsible staff of your department/office on the status of requisition forms approval and submission first.

 

Q3. What should I do if I did not receive the funds in my bank account after receiving an email notification of Payment Advice from the Finance Office?

A3: Students with accounts maintained with banks other than Hang Seng Bank or HSBC might receive the funds on the next business day (not being Saturday). If you still cannot get the payment in your bank account afterward, please send an email together with the Payment Advice received to fofas@hsu.edu.hk for enquiry.

 

Q4. What can I do if I cannot upload / update my bank account information via e-campus?

A4: Students need to login his /her own  e-campus account to upload or update the bank account information. For security reasons, the Finance Office does not have the right to access your e-campus account and edit your bank account information. You can refer to the “ITSC UserGuide – Student Bank Account Submission”, or send an email to fofas@hsu.edu.hk for further assistance.
