Arrangements during Bad Weather Conditions
On-Campus Catering Arrangements During Typhoons And Rainstorms
1. Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 1 or 3
When Signal No. 1 or 3 is hoisted on a working day, all HSUHK staff members shall report for work or remain at work. Classes / Examinations will be held as scheduled.(Catering services shall be provided as usual)2. Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above
HSUHK is closed and classes will be cancelled when Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted. If Signal No. 8 is lowered during normal business day, the following arrangement will apply:| Arrangement | |

| If Signal No. 8 is lowered at 12:30 pm or before | Catering services at all on-campus catering outlets shall be provided within the next two hour |
| If Signal No. 8 is lowered after 12:30 pm | Catering outlets shall be closed if Signal No. 8 is lowered after 12:30pm. |
3. Amber/ Red Rainstorm Warning
When the Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning is issued, all HSUHK staff shall continue with their normal duties or report for duty as usual unless it is dangerous to do so. Classes / Examinations will be held as scheduled. (Catering services shall be provided as usual)4. Black Rainstorm Warning
HSUHK is closed and classes will be cancelled if the Black Rainstorm Warning is issued before the work day. If the Black Rainstorm Warning is cancelled during the normal business day, the following arrangement will apply:| Arrangement | |
